"The room was very spacious and clean. The bath tub was nice as well. Breakfast buffet tasted really good, and the staff were super nice. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...

The staff was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful - especially in helping us book transportation. Location is relatively convenient within walking distance to major attractions in Taichung. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Friendly staff. The free snacks at happy hour were nice. Even though we didn't have our room cleaned they still left new water bottles outside our door. A very nice stay."

"The room and the bathroom were spotless! The lobby is a nice size and has a microwave and toaster. It is a self check-in, self check-out hotel but there is always someone available to help. The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours."
