"My family of four had a great time at this condo! Eveything was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The condo was roomy and included so many things. This was very beneficial because we didn't have to pack as much. Renita was also extremely quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat!"

"This property was amazing perfect place for my family plenty of space two bathrooms, amazing kitchen and steps away from the beach. The host was very communicative throughout the whole process. We were even able to check in a little early, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Literally steps away from the beach. There are a few restaurants, a beach bar and a taxi stand right out front. Anything that you need towels, beach towels kitchen supplies, everything was readily available in the condo."

"Wow, we had a fantastic time on our vacation here! Jill was so sweet - she communicated well before we arrived and was there to welcome us to the property and give us tips (go eat at Pangea and Lionfish!). The place was huge, clean, and the location was great. We could walk out to the beach and grab a drink next door. I hope to come back soon!"

"Our family group of 5 adults & 3 children stayed in this 2-story, end unit property in July 2026. We loved it! Julie stopped by to welcome us shortly after we arrived. She was so friendly & helpful. She answered our questions, gave us tips on navigating the island, & provided recommendations of places to visit & eat. She went out of her way to find us a container of distilled water when she wasn't sure if they'd have any at the market. The property was very well-kept, clean, & had all the amenities we needed. Our unit was the only one with a patio, & we enjoyed spending time on it every evening to eat, relax, read, & play games. There were planned power blackouts, but this unit has a generator, so we didn't even notice. Having the beach such a short distance from the front door was perfect, & there were some days that we were practically the only ones on our beautiful section of beach. There was a lot of sargassum in the water/along the beach on this side of the island, but it sounds like that isn't typical, & staff worked diligently to clean it up & dispose of it daily. It didn't keep us out of the water. Snorkeling was good here at Sapphire Beach & at the other free (and seaweed-free) beaches we visited (Coki Beach, Secret Harbour, and Maho Beach-St. John). We were happy with all three restaurants where we chose to eat which were within walking distance. We did take a taxi to a market to get food to make some meals in our unit, too. We definitely recommend and would return!"

"The condo was neat and clean except the coffee maker still had grounds from the previous resident. There was no dishwashing rag but we improvised. Other than a few minor issues was a wonderful condo to stay in. Wish the owner would have communicated with us prior to check in as stated but all in all a good stay."
