"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Ross's place in Point Pleasant. Point Pleasant is a peaceful quiet property. The views are spectacular. Having the wrap around deck was great. We were always able to use the deck because it never got direct sun. We appreciated the high-end beach chairs and ubrealla that were in great condition. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Parking was close by, we never had a problem getting a space. We enjoyed the restaurants on property. We walked down to Lion Fish. There's a path. It's steep but doable.I would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Stunning views! The house was very clean and came with everything to make it a home away from home. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking for with your group. The owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. Highly recommend this house to stay at versus a resort. Very very private property made it even better. Many things to do at the house with the pool, jacuzzi, the private ocean cove and sitting by the firepit. Our favorite was the pool and sitting out on the jetty at night enjoying the ocean breeze. Snorkeling was also amazing. Lots to see in the water and you are able to venture out to see much much more. We highly recommend One Beach Road for your stay in St. Thomas. It is 5 minutes away from local markets, restaurants and the ferry and it is very close to all the popular beaches to swim with the sea turtles. It was exactly what we were looking for."

"The private pool was a welcome relief from the heat and a great escape from the beach crowds. Christine communicated all information needed and was quick to respond when issues arose. She provided lots of information about the island and places/things to do for anyone unfamiliar with the area. My only recommendation would be to always have an extra set of bedding and bath towels kept on the property. Things happen and, without any laundry facilities on property, extra linens are a necessity. Thankful I was told in advance to bring extra with me, but having to check a bag of linens was an inconvenience when traveling solo."
