El registro de entrada fue sencillo, sin personal en recepción.
- La habitación olía a tabaco. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no fue posible.
- Solo nos dejaron toallas para una persona. No fue fácil conseguir más.
- La secadora no funcionaba. Tuvimos que secar la ropa en la habitación, sin tendedero.
La comunicación con el personal por teléfono resultó complicada.

From the delightful check in staff, thank you Lewis, to checking out our stay was absolutely faultless.
After leaving the hotel a member of staff came looking for us in the hotel car park to return a forgotten phone charger.
Will recommend this hotel to everyone

I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things:
• Windowless inside room
• No towels in the room
• The room not ready as requested (2 beds)
• Lack of parking instructions before arriving
• Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy
The breakfast was just OK.
Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones
