Welcome to 6202 Casa Sue!

This ocean front newly renovated two bedroom condo is nestled on the cliffs of Misiones and only minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The ocean view is stunning and whale watching from November to April can be enjoyed on the deck, either on the lounge chairs in the early morning sun or in the evening on the sunset sectional couch. A wet bar on the deck, mini fridge, and stainless steel barbeque are just some of the wonderful features, not to mention the 75 inch Smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is beautifully designed with copper sinks, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, the fridge includes an ice maker and filtered water.

The resort offers two beaches; Monument beach is ideal for the experienced surfer and Cabo Ballo beach is ideal for snorkeling, collecting sea treasures or just relaxing and sun tanning. Two beautiful pools, one looking out to the ocean and the other features a swim up pool bar. Casa Sue has everything you need to make your holiday perfect; snorkeling gear for two, sun chairs, sun umbrella for the beach, cooler and beach towels. Just bring the Corona and you are all set for the day!

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, its own private bathroom, and patio doors leading to the deck. If this is a working holiday, then you will have access to WIFI for any work related items that you may need to do. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large window looking out to the ocean. The condo has a newly installed air conditioner, stainless steel appliances, including dish washer and lots of gadgets for cooking or making your favorite margarita! Costco and Wal-Mart are all located less than a mile away and a mini-mart is just minutes away at the front of Misiones. In home Chef and Spa services are available for the pampered life style.

Love Misiones!

Beautiful Condo

My friend and really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in 6202 and it had the most awesome views of the ocean and being able to see the ships and big yachts go out to sea every morning and then come back in in the evenings. It was so relaxing. Our host Rodrigo was so nice and patient with us. We loved Daniel he helped us take us in the golf cart because we are older so it was harder for us to walk.

Great Vacation stay

Cabo Property Management was excellent in everything they did. They made it very easy to schedule excursions and Uber rides.Very supportive staff. The condo and amenities were outstanding. Great location and beautiful views. We were able to capture a couple of whale spouts from our balcony and the waves cresting the rocks were great. Everywhere we dined was excellent and the local Cabo people friendliness puts traveling around the United States to shame. We will definitely be back in 2024-2025.

Cozy Ocean View Condo- Best Value ever!!

We stayed at this lovely and very comfortable condo next door to the The Cape hotel for a wedding. The Condo staff was SO helpful with coordinating rides, groceries and activities. The grounds were clean and safe. And we can't say enough about the bar and pool!!! Prices so so fair. Snorkel and Surf on either side of us. We will be back!! Best VALUE!!

Views to die for at Casa Sue

We’ve stayed in Misiones the past 4 years but it was our 1st time at Casa Sue. Everything we needed was provided during our stay. We loved the view and spent most of our time on the spacious deck watching our favorite thing- breaching whales! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the overall space of the condo. Juan was very attentive to all our requests and Kristen always makes the whole process go so smoothly. We love Casa Sue and have already booked our stay for 2025!

Relaxation with a view

Wonderful Condo and an even better view. My wife and I really enjoyed the outside balcony. Would definitely return again. Condo was just as described. There was an issue with main shower which we were advised of before arrival but was not an issue since there are 2 bathrooms. Everything else was perfect. CPM was very helpful with all of my request prior to arrival.

Phenomenal

There is little I can add to what has already been said about this exceptional property. The location is superlative, the views breathtaking, the unit marvelous and the care from the management company great. Everything noted on the VRBO site is accurate. There are not enough gold stars to put on this unit. We had a great time. One should know that a car is a must or you will be paying a lot for taxi service to get around. Plus, there is a wonderful pool at the complex but the beach is not for a swim: the water is cold and the area rocky. But such is minor. It is a great spot.
