Convenient location, great rooftop pool/deck, Great covered parking

Fairly spacious 2 BR with ample kitchen. Everything pretty good with walk to elevator very short from parking space and to unit. Great hot tub (actually was hot when we went to use it almost daily). Pool was cold for a Floridian, but the Canadians seemed to enjoy it. Negatives include: Poorly equipped kitchen with respect to utensils, cookware, etc.

Convenient location for downtown, but noisy bar close by some nights

The unit itself was great, and it was very convenient to walk to downtown area by marina and there are good restaurants in the area. The large outdoor patio was also wonderful. Initially we were given the wrong door code and the address had a typo. On 2/7 nights a local bar had loud music that required the use of noise canceling earbuds to get to sleep

Actually can not recommend this property highly enough! We had an amazing time. The apartment is spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and the area is loaded with amazing restaurants. The pool was gorgeous and extremely clean. We had amazing communication with the apartment manager and the building security people were lovely. 10 stars.

New, spotless and comfortable. Close to the harbor/ night life, fantastic balcony view with easy cheap access to Uber rides ( $3-4 ) if you’re not up to walking day or night

Everything was great and as advertised. The one exception is the noise from traffic and the restaurant next door are crazy loud. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

Alonso from Arch Cabo Rentals was in touch with us a week before we arrived and every day during our stay ensuring we had everything we needed. This room and the complex are exactly as shown in the pictures. We were very impressed by the space and cleanliness of the unit and it fit our vacation needs perfectly. This is a fair walk to the marina and beach. Our family enjoys walking so this wasn’t bad for us, but this could get tiring for those not used to walking. Obviously, there’s an option for taxis or Ubers. Highly recommended, and we will be staying here on our next trip to Cabo San Lucas.
