back from the beach on the second floor allows you easy access to the pool and

the beach. Villa La Estancia has beautiful pools and spa, 2 restaurants, swim

The vacation complex offers guests the convenience of a market/pharmacy, a

deli, an ice cream parlor, and various retail shops. 

The private 2100+ square foot villa offers unobstructed

beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez from every room. This stunning 2 bedroom,

3 bathroom villa features a master suite, with king bed and large bathroom

(with jetted tub, stand-up shower and dual vanity), The Guest Suite provides 2

Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full

bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a

full bath off the living room. 

Dine in with a full kitchen complete with stove, oven,

microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and large pantry. The

kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small

appliances. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La

Estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
