    This unique place has the perfect location just few blocks & not far from the Marina, Beside you will find many restaurant and stores right outside of the property, it offers great amenities such as elevator, pool, firepit & outdoor grill & the rooftop a great place to relax or watch the sunrise facing the ocean.

Well appointed apartment located in the sought after Pedregal neighborhood. The suite was clean, had everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. 20-25 minute walk to the main beach, marina and mall. Our host Augusto responded quickly to all our inquiries. We had a great time! Thanks for sharing your lovely apartment Augusto.

Great space, walkable to downtown.Beautiful decorative space and has everything anyone would need!The parking ramp is extremely steep if you have mobility issues for walking in and out.

This is a great place to stay in central Cabo San Lucas. The building is new, and the apartment is truly lovely. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with all the supplies you need, a washer and dryer right in the apartment, and large sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony. There are light-filtering blinds and blackout blinds, which allow you to control how much light enters the room. Cabo is a city with hills, so there is a steep entrance ramp to get up to the parking garage where the elevator is, but the location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. It’s walking distance to the marina, but also away from the craziness of all the tourists who congregate there. The owner was amazingly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. He even provided beach chairs and beach towels, which are great for all the beaches in the area.
