  • Cresta del Mar is a gated community with excellent ocean and arch views. It features 24-hour security and a privileged location

    Located next to Fresko (Supermarket), Vinoteca (Liquor Store), and a shopping plaza with a Home Depot.

    You are also just a short 5-minute drive away from the city center, Medano Beach, the marina, Puerto Paraiso Shopping Mall and all the nightlife of Cabo.

    Guests can get around using the Uber app or request transportation through our concierge. The location is perfect for getting around within Cabo San Lucas. You have many options for restaurants, beaches, golf courses, and spas nearby.
    No music in exterior areas is allowed after 23:00 hrs daily.

    Penalties from the HOA for noisy guests are:

Beautiful & Clean property

Overall this was a great stay. The property was very clean and located in a great area. The property manager was easily accessible and a pleasure to communicate with. The only issue we had was checking in. The gate manager didn’t have permission to let us in but when I contacted the property manager it was fixed immediately. I would stay here again!
