Hear The Waves Oceanfront Penthouse

Spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from this oceanfront condo. 2021 complete remodel: new floors, cabinets, appliances, spa tub, tile shower, ALL NEW ! Whale watching from your patio. If you are an early riser we have amazing sunrise views. Rocky cliffs below with adjacent steps that take you to a quiet sandy beach. Very open floor plan with high ceilings that make it appear even more spacious. One and a half story stairway, so not lots of steps, but there are steps. King bed-large bath spa tub, and tile shower, and washer dryer. Well equipped kitchen. Water purification system in kitchen. Very nicely furnished inside , and out. Cabo San Lucas is about 1 1/2 miles from the resort for nightlife. There is a Fresca grocery store within walking distance. It is full service-gourmet food items, typical groceries, bakery, produce, liquor, and wine +. Walmart is approximately 1 mile away/and Costco just beyond that. There are three nice restaurants within walking distance, and the "Pool Bar" on site for light lunch/dinner menu + cocktails. Much quieter location than the downtown hotel locations as most of the units are privately owned. Beautiful pool area with swim up pool bar, and waterfall.
We are asked often about transportation. With car rental getting so expensive lots of our guests use Uber, taxis, and the busses work well for going into town. If you do rent a car there is a $ 3.50 per day parking fee that you pay to the gatekeeper. If you like doing scenic drives, and visiting other areas a car rental could be good. But, if you love enjoying the pool, and beach here on site a car rental could be a waste as you are paying for it while it sits in the parking lot. There is a shuttle service from the airport to the resort entrance.

Great place! Slept with the sliders open, listening to the waves crash on the rocks below. Awesome beach, bar had good food. We used Uber for local trips, usually they were there within 2-4 minutes! Beautiful grounds and pool, friendly people, amazing location. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

We had the best time staying at this condo. It had the most breathtaking views, along with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. The food at the pool bar was amazing and we really enjoyed eating and spending our time there with the most friendly staff. Will absolutely love to go back. We returned to Connie’s Misiones unit in 2023 because the condo location and layout are perfect for my wife and I. Full-service pool bar with concierge and on-site mini market are convenient and economical bonuses; excellent up-scale restaurants within easy walking distance with great views of El Arco. Peace & Relaxation!

This condo was everything we hoped for. The views are incredible! Location is great, easily walkable to a few restaurants, the beach felt private, very short Uber rides to get around. The pool bar was a real highlight having everything we needed and super friendly staff. The condo itself was spotless and the bed was very comfy! We loved that there were beach supplies and the snorkeling gear allowed us to see so many tropical fish. This was our first visit to Cabo and we would love to come back and stay here!

Breathtaking

Absolutely one of the most beautiful views. A perfect little condo for a couple to relax in. We stayed for 10 days and leisurely took our time taking some tours and finding delicious restaurants. Condo was as expected, no disappointments, loved hearing the waves break on the rocks 24/7, such a soothing sound. Will stay again if I find myself back in Cabo.

Amazing Oceanview Condo

My wife and I celebrated our 10 yr anniversary here and were blown away with the condo and it’s proximity to amazing beaches and restaurants. There’s a small market on site and the swimming pool bar serves great food at reasonable prices. The condo itself sits right on the water. There’s a private beach next tbe complex and I recommend Santa Maria beach for snorkeling.

Wonderful location and accommodations. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Enjoyed the close proximity of beach access and the 'bar and grill' as well. Best to grab a 'ride' to the Fresko to grab some food items during your stay. Might be close, but probably not easily walkable. Ability to do so with the 'guard/booth station' instead of beckoning an Uber or a cab. Would definitely book here again.

Paradise at Lands End

Photos were no exaggeration. We knew we were going to stay in an exceptional unit ..., and we did. Everything about the complex was slow and easy. This not a resort. It's a quiet place. The staff and security are laid back and all very friendly. We enjoyed it and highly recommend staying here.

A Piece of Paradise!

Had a wonderful stay and Connie is a gracious and communicative host. Condo was clean and exactly as represented. The 2021 upgrades are perfect. We have stayed at other condo's in this complex (right next door) and always come back to Misiones Del Cabo. We will be back again!
