Apartment and location were great! Short walk to Medano beach, downtown, and the marina, which was perfect for us. Be aware, it was loud at night and into the morning hours, but expected for the location.

Great properties, great service!

This is our 3rd time using Lumina in Los Cabos and they didn’t disappoint. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. We had a slight problem with the AC but the Lumina team helped us and found a solution for us quickly!

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, malls and supermarket. To the beach short 3 blocks walk. I don't use pool on my trips, but the area was good and it was going through some maintenance. The apartment was spacious and modern. The only thing that can be an issue is the noise at night. It is close to some bar or disco that specially closer to the weekends the music and noise may bother your sleeping time. My recommendation would be to have a better sealing in the right side window in the master. Right across the street there is a good Hotel where I have been before, but for the same price of a room, the apartment where we stayed this time is a no brainer.

Pros: Great location, walkable, about 10 min walk to Playa El Médano and close to restaurants/downtown. Clean, modern, well-maintained unit with a full kitchen and nice pool. Cons: Very loud nightlife noise until 3–5am. No guardrails on open stairs to the 2nd floor in the unit (not suitable for young kids, very high risk of injury or slipping). Limited service: requests regarding anything inside of unit require contacting the host via WhatsAapp; don't expect full service.

Room: scuffs on all walls, leaks under sinks, no hooks for towels in bathroom, (or anywhere), drier function on washing machine not working - needed to drape wet laundry over furniture, silverware count was short, (plenty of oversized spoons, not enough normal size), stains on couch… I alerted staff to wet laundry/flatware situation and was ignored/dismissed. We were expected to wear plastic wristbands the entirety of our stay so entry staff could identify us upon exit/entry. Boo. Friday and Saturday night were extremely loud with club noise down on the street. (We were on 5th floor). Emergency vehicles followed volume patterns Would not stay here again.
