  • Pedregal is the only high-end residential community with immediate proximity to Cabo Marina and downtown Cabo. This recently renovated home has Marina, Pacific & Sea of Cortez views, so you can enjoy watching the cruise ships arrive and the sunset at night. Relax with a margarita on our comfortable outdoor terrace overlooking the city and ocean views or relax by the pool reading a book. Dining and living area open to an ample terrace with fire pit and outdoor BBQ. Master Bedroom sits on the same level. Large entertainment room TV with minibar lead out to an incredibly spacious terrace with pool and jacuzzi. Elevator and outside staircase for easy access. Three bedrooms have their own full bath with stunning views and sliding doors so you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. One bedroom Casita with kitchen and full bath with views.
