The penthouse features an open floor plan, 3 oversized bedroom suites each with direct patio access and its own ensuite bathroom. Beyond the spacious and well appointed interior, the highlight of this home is its massive, 3000 sqft outdoor living space with tropical gardens and stunning ocean views at every turn. Extensive renovations to the unit were completed in December of 2021 along with all new furnishings and décor.
Other amenities in the penthouse include a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 master suites, all bedrooms with King size beds, 2 sleeper sofas, 4 HD smart TV’s, outdoor living and dining spaces, a complete BBQ area, an outdoor fireplace, full resort security team and daily maid service. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The balcony and views are wonderful! We loved the staff and service at La Estancia and the location can’t be beat. Our host Eduardo was always available and there to assist with anything we needed.Can’t wait for our return.
