Steps to Medano beach. 4 beach chairs, umbrella, portable cooler and beach towels available for use at beach. 10 minute walk to Marina, Puerto Paraiso Mall/cinemas and downtown (night clubs and restaurants). 15 minute walk to the Walmart Plaza and 5 minute walk to city club. Home depot and costco short drive. High speed internet and satellite TV (50" in living room, 40" in mbdrm). Barbeque for your use. Free u/g parking. Pool. Gated and 24hr security. Master ensuite has jetted tub. Full kitchen including all cookware and dishes, wine cooler, dishwasher and large fridge. In-suite laundry. Activities and tours can be purchased through concierge.
