  • Large 2 level house with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms sleeps 6. Best location in Cabo San Lucas next to the arch and Marina. Perfect for fisherman, families in the "Beverly Hills" gated community of Pedregal. Full yard with private pool. The community of Pedregal has free tennis and pickle ball courts, private beach perfect for surf casting and hikers. There are several hikes available right from the house and yoga classes can be arranged. Great spot for an active vacation! You will not need a car as everything is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Grocery stores and restaurants all within .5 miles of the house or less. The Pedregal neighborhood is a gated community and contains a private beach, parks and beautiful views of both the marina on the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific ocean.
