Master King bedroom, bath w/private entry & patio. Stairs to our pool. Quiet lower level of our home (we live on site in main part of home) in the prestigious Pedregal Community. Just steps away from the Waldorf Astoria. Five minute walk to town, beach, marina, shops, restaurants, nightclubs & activities. Comfy king bed, sitting chairs, A/C, Wi-fi, U.S. TV, fridge, microwave, coffee, walk in closet & on suite bathroom with shower. Lounge chairs & towels for your use. Parking on site. Need more space? The space...Please note: you will be sharing with up to 2 other guests who may be renting our upstairs penthouse and us (the homeowners).
You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive and realize that you will be staying in the most prestigious and safest community in downtown Cabo San Lucas. The only community within walking distance to downtown and the marina with private security 24/7. Your room is on our lower level. You have a stairway that goes up to the top pool level.

Guest access
You will have access to our private beach (on Pacific side), Concierge service, Tennis, pickelball & basketball courts, Restaurant. for breakfast & lunch. Spa (if it is open). A short walk down our hill (about 5 minutes) to downtown Cabo San Lucas!

During your stay
We love meeting new people and sharing our knowledge of Cabo. We live on site so we can help you anytime to plan activities and day trips, or provide your quiet getaway space.

When you book with us and give us your email address, we will send you some of our restaurant suggestions and the private tours we offer exclusively to our guests. We also have a local guide that can give you what tours are going on during your stay with prices.

Other things to note:
We also rent a Penthouse/Casita on our top level so you MAY be sharing our private pool with a maximum of two other guests. The pool area for lower level guests closes at 9:00pm

The absolutely perfect getaway spot!

Villa Baywatch is a vacation MUST! This Villa is so centrally located in Cabo for the absolute perfect vacation! It's the perfect size, well equipped with everything we needed, beautifully decorated, and we loved waking up every morning looking at the marina, watching the boats, and watching the sunrise! Charlie & Julie are like the bonuses to this house! So friendly, so helpful, full of stories and advice about where to go and what to see to make our trip even more magical! You will never regret renting this place! Thank you Julie & Charlie for our hospitality and kindness!
