DO NOT STAY HERE.... The Good News: The owner called me multiple times as she had some trouble with her local management. She was very nice and always trying to be helpful. The local manager was pleasant as well. The Bad news: Even though I notified them multiple times about our arrival time, the front door was locked and no one was there at 6 PM. We waited outside about 45 minutes with several calls from the owner that the manager would be there any minute....Finally, we left for dinner without getting in...I went back and he had gotten there. He also was very pleasant but late....I had paid for an upgrade but with him there so late, we stayed on our assigned room - no offer of partial refund or anything....I then went to take a shower and there was no hot water - and it was cold outside. Then, as we had gotten in late, my daughter tried to sleep late. She had put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door - the maids did not read it and woke her up anyway about 8:30 AM -

This property is exactly as described. It’s not fancy and the rooms are small but the location is excellent. The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the heart of Cabo

Loved the location in proximity to downtown, a cute corner market and an amazing coffee shop! Front desk charged a nonsense $20 charge just to make a buck. Pool barely had sun and staff never turned on the hot tub once so it was freezing. Rooms was clean. Shared kitchen area and dining areas were always clean and great to have. All in all a great experience with the exception of the front desk girls quick fingers haha

Our location is well-appointed and our staff work continuously to keep our place clean for our guests' enjoyment.We are a travel sustainable property and practice gas conservation. The gas throughout Cabo San Lucas is delivered and manually refilled. We conserve gas to assure our guests have hot water in their rooms. The pool is heated upon guest's request and it heats up pretty quickly. We apologize you were not aware to see front desk. The 20 fee is part of your booking fee. There is a pay- now fee upon booking and a pay-at-property fee as detailed on your booking page. We hope the clarifications help. We welcome you back for an even better stay!Regards,Management

This is an affordable, no Dash frills hotel. It is very clean, but there are very few amenities. The rooms, at least, my room, did not have a television. The pool was very cold. I hope they get that fixed soon. I have no complaints. The staff was very helpful, and it is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood seemed very safe.
