Single level ocean view villa

Beautiful home impeccably maintained in a private gated community with a beautiful view of the ocean. Feb. is prime whale watching and some days it seems like a parade of them which you'll see from the comfort of this home.
Wall to wall windows facing the ocean that will slide completely open in the living room and both master bedrooms.
Private pool and whirlpool with swim up bar and a gas grill located in the swim up bar. Also has a wonderful gas fire pit with cushioned seating. Wonderful ocean viewing from right in your own pool! A really nice Bluetooth sound system inside the house with outdoor speakers as well if so desired.
This home also has a one car covered parking space with driveway attached to the home.
Comes with your own private butler and full use the entire Hacienda Encantada's resort including restaurants and pools with free golf cart transportation to them.
All inclusive is optional; I have found it to be a great option at times.
