The Space:

The living spaces are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and entertainment. The open-concept layout allows natural light to fill the home, creating an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, a chef’s dream, is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The dining area and living room provide ample space for hosting gatherings, whether for an intimate dinner with friends or a larger family get-together.



The three-bedroom house features a primary bedroom with a private ensuite and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are equally inviting, each just steps away from the pool. All three rooms are equipped with king-size beds.

Choza Bella is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.

Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and spacious home. Beautiful landscaping and great location. Close to everything and the concierge Tony was an absolute blessing. He saw to our every need.
