3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private house with pool. In a quaint neighborhood with a large powered security gate. House features an updated kitchen with dishwasher, an open living space, and comfortable beds.

Bunk room designed with children in mind. Attached laundry closet with washer and dryer. Outdoor patio that overlooks the pool and jetted jacuzzi. Outdoor covered grilling space, private parking, and personal privacy gate.

Central to many restaurants and desirable beaches. Playa Brasilito, Playa Conchal, Playa Flamingo, and Playa Potrero can all be reached within minutes. Private national park tours available to pick you up directly from the house. Walkable cafe located next door.

Mary was a terrific host with clear instructions on house and amenities and responsive to questions. Everything was there for us in the well equipped kitchen and the house was clean and neat. Beautiful yard and well maintained pool which got a lot of use! Very close to Brasilito and Flamingo beaches and shopping in town.
