In a seafront residence, with a swimming pool, this pleasant 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 36mÂČ on the 3rd floor with elevator with a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The apartment includes: an entrance with storage cupboards, separate toilets, a bathroom (a bathtub, a vanity unit and an electric towel dryer), a living room (a TV and a 140x190 sofa bed) opening onto a sea view balcony, American kitchen (1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 2 electric hotplates), a bedroom (1 140x190 bed + cupboard/wardrobe) also opening onto the balcony. A private parking space in the basement.
Parking spaces are free in the residence.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

L'appartement était parfait, mieux que dans les photos. Etat de propreté imppecable. Bien équipé. Beaucoup à visiter dans les environs. TrÚs belle plage et trÚs bons restaurants.

Recommandons pour son calme et son emplacement. Vous pourrez en effet y dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, aprĂšs avoir dĂ©ambulĂ© tranquillement sur le front de mer. L'appartement est suffisamment Ă©quipĂ© et grand pour un couple. L'utilisation du canapĂ© lit sera bien sĂ»r contraignante. Le "Excellent ... mais" s'explique ainsi : louant depuis de nombreuses annĂ©es des appartements en pĂ©riode estivale, nous avons trĂšs souvent dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage avant de nous installer pour notre sĂ©jour, et rendu les lieux plus propres qu'Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. VoilĂ  pourquoi nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© depuis quelques temps de cocher l'option "mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour" pour ne pas avoir Ă  endosser la responsabilitĂ© d'un prĂ©cĂ©dent mĂ©nage dĂ©ficient (ce qui est regrettable). Aussi, lorsque cette option est proposĂ©e pour une location, il serait de bon ton que le propriĂ©taire des lieux fasse rĂ©aliser un nettoyage complet avant la pĂ©riode estivale, ce qui permettrait de supprimer les salissures grasses des Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine (hotte, dessus de meubles, arriĂšre et dessous de frigo ...) accumulĂ©s depuis les prĂ©cĂ©dentes saisons. Locataire notĂ© 5 Ă©toiles, j'aurai ainsi pu noter la location avec 5 Ă©toiles Ă©galement. PS : un tapis de sortie de bain serait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.
