Between the city center and the beach in a private residence along the Dives, 3-room duplex apartment with a capacity of 6 people and an area of approximately 52m² on the 1st floor with a west-facing balcony. The apartment includes entrance hall, living room/lounge (flat screen TV) opening onto the balcony, an American kitchen (3 induction hobs, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), a 1st bedroom (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x190), a bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet. On the 1st floor: a landing room serving the 2nd bedroom (160x200 bed, TV) with a private bathroom/toilet (shower). A private parking space in the residence.
Free Wi-Fi access in the apartment.
Pets are accepted in this rental.

Wunderschöne Gegend für Liebhaber rauer Naturschauspiele,Wohnung zu klein für 6 Personen,sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geräten,sehr zentral und in einer ruhigen privaten Residenz,leider nicht so sauber wie gewünscht. Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen
