The apartment is in a very nice location, kitchen is fairly well equipped and the outdoor spaces were great.

(Illegal) Überwachte Wohnung

Die Vermieterin wohnt neben an. Sie schaut jedes Mal, wenn man geht oder kommt. Sie kommt auch auf die Terrasse, wenn man zum Beispiel Besuch hat. Video Kameras vor dem Haus und auch hinten hinaus kontrollierten sämtliche Bewegungen. Video Kamera ist meiner Meinung nach verboten!

posizione vista mare (e spiaggia) perfetta

Bellissima casa in una posizione unica! La vista mare dal balcone è sempre una meraviglia per gli occhi, ma anche la disposizione della casa, l'arredamento e tutti i suoi servizi/accessori rendono il soggiorno indimenticabile! Il tutto gestito perfettamente dalla gentilissima Maria. Ritorneremo presto... spero!

Bellezza e quiete

Casa accogliente, funzionale e con una vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza che spazia sul magnifico mare di Oristano... Vacanze breve ma rigenerante. La sig.ra Maria ci ha assistito per ogni necessità, oltre il dovuto. Tutto incantevole.

Molto più di una vacanza

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa (che è un gioiellino) per 11 giorni. è stato tutto perfetto, dai tramonti quotidiani dal balconcino di casa, alla doccia all'aperto, alla pulizia dell'abitazione e sopratutto alla persona meravigliosa che è Maria! Elegante e romantico

Bellissima villetta davanti al mare, finemente arredata. Colazioni e cene guardando il mare o la possibilità di stare nel “cortiletto” posteriore. Possibilità di fare il bagno accedendo alla spiaggia di fronte, di fare belle passeggiate o usare come punto di partenza per visitare la magnifica penisola del Sinis. Proprietaria discreta e cortese

Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer

Juerg & Lydia, Schweiz - Die frueheren Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal fuer zwei Personen. Die Sicht aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist wunderbar - wie im Bild. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sauber; der Hinterhof mit der Aussenkueche erholsam. - Die Vermieterin Maria Floris ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren im September das 2. Mal dort und werden wieder kommen.

Conoscevamo la zona ma erano diversi anni che mancavamo... Grave errore perché posti del genere vanno goduti il piu possibile...luoghi da togliere il fiato, cibo ottimo, gente fantastica il tutto condito da un soggiorno indimenticabile negli appartamenti "E" ed "F" in via del Ginepro... spero tanto di riuscire a tornarci quest'estate... bellissimo ! torniamo quest'anno

Appartement superbe (standing)! état neuf (bonne literie) très bien décoré, très propre et accueillant ; le jardin côté court et la terrasse vue mer sont une merveille. Accès à des criques quasi "réservées" juste aux pieds de la maison. Le site est très intéressant pour visiter : en pleine nature mais proche de villes très inétressantes (Cabras, Oristano). Tourisme archéologique et folklore de Cabras. Plages de rêve. Les propriétaires sont discrets et en même temps d'une rare gentillesse (ils connaissent toutes les balades, fêtes, visites à faire). Nous y retournons cette année et nous en sommes ravis.

Vista stupenda e posizione strategica

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 famiglie una al piano leggermente interrato (molto bello e funzionale) e una nell'appartamento al primo piano. Tutti gli appartamenti sono nuovi e molto ben curati. Zona molto tranquilla, spiaggia a pochi passi, e altre meravigliose spiagge del Sinis tutte nelle vicinanze (come per esempio Tharros con il sito archeologico da non perdere). Bellissimo il museo di Cabras. Piacevoli passeggiate mattutine difronte casa, immersi nella macchia mediterranea. Negozietto vicino ben fornito e una pizzeria ristorante non male. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realtà: vista davvero meravigliosa con dei tramonti fantastici. All'interno non manca nulla, ben attrezzati e funzionali, compresa la terrazza, fornita di lavatrice, doccia e barbecue (appartamento al primo piano) dove riunirsi anche in due famiglie per piacevoli cene all'aperto. Davvero puliti! Proprietari veramente gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e non solo: grazie Maria della vostra accoglienza, frutta stupenda e porceddu strepitoso!!! Manca l'aria condizionata e nell'appartamento al primo piano, vista l'estate particolarmente calda, si soffre un po', comunque con un ventilatore si risolve il problema di qualche notte più calda. Suggerirei inoltre qualcosa per oscurare le finestre. In ogni caso una vacanza certamente da ripetere, ricca di profumi e natura! arrivederci.

Appartamento e zona fantatici

L'appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli, ben arieggiato e completo di ogni attrezzo utile. i pavimenti sono in legno e la vista è spettacolare, visto che si trova in prima linea sul mare. Funtana Meiga è un piccolo borgo a pochi passi da San Giovanni Sinis e da Tharros. Mi è dispiaciuto rimanere poco tempo, avrei passato in questa splendida zona ancora 2 settimane! I proprietari sono davvero persone squisite, gentili e riservate e le ringrazio tanto per i loro preziosi consigli. La nostra famiglia è contentissima!

Splendida vacanza a maggio

Casa molto carina con giardino interno pieno di fiori, arredamento minimal-chic e dotato di tutti i comfort. Proprietari molto gentili, riservati ma allo stesso tempo disponibili. Vista mozzafiato e possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge ed il Parco Marino comodamente a piedi. Egle e Federico

- direkt am Strand - saubere & gepflegtes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt - alle Utensilien sind vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist charmant und nicht abgewohnt - 2 Terrassen (die vordere mit Blick aufs Meer), perfekt um am Abend noch ein wenig zu entspannen - Vermieterin war unglaublich nett und hilfreich und machte unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner durch ihre herzliche Art - Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant gleich in der Nähe - Strand war nicht zu überfüllt und das Meer total sauber - Nachbarschaft ist ruhig Fazit: große Empfehulung, wenn man nicht unbedingt 24/7 Action benötigt und die Ruhe sucht!

Grande comodità e privacy

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento al piano inferiore...basta qualche scalino per ammirare il mare, i tramonti meravigliosi e notti splendenti. Appartamento comodo adattissimo per chi ha, come noi, bimbi piccoli, dotato di tutto il necessario, nuovo, pulito, fresco e asciutto, con uno spazio esterno molto privato, i proprietari gentilissimi. La spiaggia dal fondale basso è a pochi passi dalla casa, grande tranquillità e bellezza. Una vacanza sicuramente da ripetere!

Appartement agréable, bien équipé, à deux pas de la mer. Situé à quelques kilomètres du site Tharos, pour les amateurs de vieilles pierres, sur la côte ouest pour assister à de merveilleux couchés de soleil... come sentirsi a casa

L'appartamento è perfetto in ogni sua parte, nuovo e curato. Comodissimo il cortile sul retro con barbecue . La posizione è magica. Davvero a 20 metri dal mare. Alba e tramonto sono lì ad aspettarvi. L'accoglienza di Maria ( la proprietaria ) è impagabile. Vi troverete frutta fresca frutta fresca al ritorno dal mare. Sempre disponibile per ogni informazione o richiesta. Noi ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Vacanza stupenda!

Abbiamo trascorso in questo delizioso appartamento una bellissima vacanza di due settimane in settembre. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle fotografie, è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Situata a due passi dal mare, con la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge più belle del Sinis e al tempo stesso la possibilità di bellissime passeggiate a piedi nella vicinissima area protetta. La località è molto tranquilla e bella, la terrazza sul mare e il giardinetto sul retro permettono di vivere sempre all'aperto. A tutto questo va aggiunto la gentilezza e la simpatia dei proprietari, sempre pronti a esaudire ogni richiesta, grazie a Maria siamo riusciti a vedere la famosa "corsa degli scalzi" e a capire qualcosa di più sulla profumatissima flora sarda!! Da consigliare vivamente!

Wonderful place and location!!!!!

We had a very good stay in Funtana Meiga in a nice, clean and comfortable flat from which terrace we had a splendid sea view and even hearing sea waves breaking into the beach. The apartament is completely furnished with a rear terrace with barbecue and kichenette. The location in the Oristano area is really wonderful with wild and larges beaches as the unpolluted sea waters The owner was very kind and helpful. We suggest and recommed the place and and we are planning to go there again..... Giorgio/Deya

REALLY GREAT...!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay and appreciate the still wild landscape such as long beaches, hills, headlands with sealights that you can reach by walk breathing clean seasmelling breeze Funtana Meiga is the right place.We found an apartament right sea front very confortable such as it is described in web-site.When we arrived it looked still better. We really enjoied the sea-front terrace and the rear spacious terrace with barbecue and external kitchenet and shower. The apartament is full equipped TV wash machine,iron, microwaves oven, frige. Comfortable bed room with excellent mattress and all the interior design shows nice style. The owner Mrs Maria was very gentle and very helpful.We can recomend it and we are planning to return for next holiday. Thanks Maria Giorgio e Deyanira.

NON POTEVAMO SCEGLIERE MEGLIO!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane non nell'appartamento della foto ma, avendo un cane, la proprietaria ce ne ha proposto uno con un bel giardino ombreggiato ed un'ampia veranda. Ne siamo rimasti entusiasti sia per la posizione (davvero vicino al mare) sia per la composizione della casa (spaziosa, confortevole ed estremamente fresca). Potevamo mangiare all'aperto sotto la veranda ed avevamo anche una comodissima doccia esterna. Insomma perfetta; ma quello che maggiormente ci ha conquistati è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari che si sono prodigati in mille modi per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo alcun dubbio per la scelta del prossimo anno!!!!!!

Una vacanza rigenerante

Ho soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento una settimana. L'arredamento è curato e confortevole; le fotografie corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Molto belli entrambi gli affacci esterni dell'appartamento, il terrazzo con vista mare e il cortiletto dotato di barbecue, lavatrice, lavabo, doccietta e un piccolo orto dal quale è possibile cogliere e assaporare i pomodorini coltivati dalla proprietaria. Meta ideale per chi desidera allontanarsi dai rumori cittadini e dedicarsi a piacevoli passeggiate nei dintorni e sul lungo mare da dove è possibile raggiungere la località di Tharros. I proprietari sono molto cordiali, accoglienti e disponibili senza essere invadenti. Da consigliare a tutti gli amanti della natura e del mare cristallino.
