"Hotel was very clean and the pool was beautiful, but Expedia did not tell the hotel of our request for 2 beds upon booking and only requested a double room. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only 1 full bed and no alternative, which was no fault of the hotel, but definitely clarify prior to arrival! Also, the staff was not the most helpful with transportation around the area. They offered to call a cab for us but only if we were in the lobby in person and then stated that getting a cab...

"Cala Pi is a lovely village 30 mins from Palma. The hotel is next to a great beach in a large cove. There is another smaller quiet beach that you can walk to in about 20 mins. The village has several nice restaurants - Restaurante Sa Terrassa was excellent. The hotel was good value for a basic 2 bed apartment with breakfast. Location makes it excellent."

"Can Ferrereta exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for the perfect adults-only retreat where relaxation, luxury, and world-class gastronomy come together, this is the place. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and ideally located just minutes from some of Mallorca’s most stunning calas, while also being within walking distance of the charming Santanyí market and its lovely streets. The food was exceptional from start to finish, the service was flawless, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was absolutely stunning elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. As someone who stays in many luxury hotels, I can honestly say I found very little that could be improved. As a same-sex couple, we also felt completely welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The atmosphere was warm, respectful, and inclusive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the recommendations we received upon arrival for local restaurants and activities could have been a little more detailed and personalized. However, this was a very minor point in what was otherwise a perfect stay. Can Ferrereta is truly a destination in itself, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, refined, and unforgettable stay in Mallorca."

"It's a fantastic place! A great pool bar and pool-side bar that serves good food. Dinner buffet is fine but not great. The food service hours are a bit restrictive. A quick walk into a city with lots of shopping and restaurants, and a very nice beach. Lots of children and activities for all ages. Extremely friendly to non-Spanish speakers. It seems like all public-facing staff are fluent in English and German, as well as Spanish."
