"Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. He misdirected us and then didn't offer any assistance to get to our accommodation which was 10 mins away. The room was comfortable but tired and smelt of drains often....

"I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. The location is absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is super clean and stylish, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings — I’d definitely come back!"
