Perfect family holiday

This is a perfect family hotel. That it is in a resort, makes it so relaxable, and there is no worries about people stealing, like on a public beach. Also you don't have to go around worrying about your children. A safe and relaxing super place

Hotel staff and location are fantastic. The rooms were clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated and have chipped paint and bathroom tiles need maintenence. The layout of the resort is well designed. Food was good and drinks were great.

A great resort for families. Fabulous pools, multiple restaurants, great facilities and wonderful wonderful staff; the staff are honestly the best! Only flaw is that the nightly entertainment goes on til 10pm or 11pm and is very loud. Not very well thought-out considering it is so close to the supposed “family friendly” rooms (and most families with young kids will be putting them down around 8pm or 9pm.)

Amazing reception staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us when it transpired there was a problem with our booking. All other staff were so hardworking, polite and helpful - iberostar please give them a raise! Food was delicious and entertainment was fab, we particularly enjoyed the acrobats and the kids loved the Moana themed show. Didn’t use the kids club but it looked great and the staff were awesome. Kids pool was a big hit with our littles. Thankyou for a fab holiday!

Had a blast! Great location and close to beaches. Staff is very friendly, food is good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone with families or couples. The hotel provides activities and snack bars, shops and transportation. We rented a car and everything was accessible within a reasonable distance. We will come back!

Exceeded our expectations. Nice property with tons of amenities and activities for kids. Allows parents to do their own activities. Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening.

Nice and enjoyable

We have a lovely 4 night stay as a last minute booking. After staying here previously 5 years ago we had a good idea of what the hotel was like but it was certainly better than we remembered from our last stay. It was busy but plenty of space and sun beds available. The rooms were comfortable with daily house keeping. Food in the restaurant was varied and caters for everyone. The evening and daytime entertainment was also great. This is an excellent 4* hotel and wouldn’t hesitate recommending a stay here.

This was a first class holiday. Iberostar have a winning formula. We upgraded to a central area and block 56 (ground floor) was perfect for our family HQ. The entertainment, facilities, programme, food & drink is excellent. Staff were dry good too. Customer focused for sure.

This property had everything you could ever need for a family. So many dining options, drinks all day long, a splash pad, food trucks, a playground, a beach next door, a games arcade, a nightly show… just everything you need! Our only grip was that we were upsold our apartment with a view to the show in the evenings and although our apartment was absolutely gorgeous, the trees shielded the view of the show from our terrace.

It would be helpfull and a necessity that couples without kids are informed through your marketing in advance that there is no possibility to find calm places to rest without loud kids and to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in an adequate way. The same belongs to pool areas.

We had a fantastic stay. The food was delicious and they were very careful with my son’s allergy. Yes, the room was very out of date, but literally only spent time there for naps during the day. The staff were super friendly, working as a team. The shows were amazing, we love you Starky and Stella . Massive thank you to Ana from the star camp for being so sweet to our son. The cala is not great but we found another one nearby.

Its a very busy and noisy hotel. The buffet was not that tasty and the pools very extremely crowdy. People were fighting to get the best sunbeds and was ignoring rules around reservations on these. Ww basiclly fled out of the hotel every morning after we have had breakfast.
