I went on my honeymoon and the resort was amazing. Great food with variety, walking distance from the shops, and easy access to beaches. The staff cleaned the rooms extremely well and welcome us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our ocean view room, the friendly staff, the modern and clean vibe, the delicious breakfast buffet, and the special pool overlooking the ocean cove. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing place in Mallorca!

Spotlessly clean, modern, stylish hotel. Loved that there were three pools. It wasn’t too difficult to find a sunbed. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but not much could be done about that - it’s a popular hotel so bound to be busy. We didn’t try the dinner so cannot comment on this. Staff were lovely.

My daughter and I had a 4day stay and had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We both have gluten sensitivities and the buffet had many options and the dining staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple of treatments in the spa which was also wonderful. The beach was also very nice. We will definitely be back!

This is our third stay at this hotel, it is beautiful, everything is exceptional. The food is very tasty and huge selection, the staff are all friendly and efficient, cleanliness is very high in your rooms and all surrounding areas. We had a junior suite which is very spacious, shower gels, body lotions all included, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, large tv with British channels, lovely view over pool and gardens. Beach club across road with pool and access down to beach. Bars and shops close by, well done hotel esmerelda see you next year.

Casa Esmeralda Trip

I had an amazing vacation here at Casa Esmeralda. The staff (Toni) upon arrival at reception was super friendly, helpful, and professional. This service was carried through from beach bar, restaurant, and spa. I loved the variety of pools and easy access to beach and town.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. But the service staff was very incompetent and unprofessional. Food at the buffet was okay but very inconsistent, lacking variety and overall not worth four stars superior. Beach club of the hotel was very nice and the ocean was perfect. Great gym.

The beach was great. The breakfast was decent. Other than that the staff was not very friendly. We had ants in our room. The AC did not work properly. The sheets had a stain on them. The TV and Phone did also not work

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and pretty. The rooms are a nice size and bed was very comfortable. The pool and bar area and beautiful. The restaurant is very nice. Service overall very good. Asked for a few things one we never received the other took a long time. The one downside is the food. The breakfast was good. The dinner was horrible. The food was tasteless and not good quality. They need to stop the included dinner buffet and put in a nice restaurant. I would rather pay for my dinner than have an all inclusive bad meal in a beautiful hotel. PLEASE WORK ON THE FOOD
