Domaine de la Colline – Provencal Stone House in Luberon with Heated Pool & A/C
Set within an expansive estate of over 5 hectares, the house features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub), including 2 en-suites.
The heated infinity pool is equipped with a secure rolling cover. Please note that there is no fence around the pool, as shown in the photos.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktops, a Miele dishwasher, blender, KitchenAid oven, food processor, large Samsung refrigerator with ice and crushed ice dispenser, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and separate dryer. There is also a professional Hoshizaki ice machine located outside under the awning, so you'll never run out of ice for your cocktails or ice bucket! So enjoy!
The garden, completely redesigned in June 2020 and filled with olive trees, surrounds the house. A pétanque court, tucked away in the olive grove, awaits you at aperitif time!
A TESLA Wall Connector is available to charge your vehicle—free of charge!
The air conditioning is in all the bedrooms and the living room, except in the two small bedrooms on the ground floor.
