"It was a lovely hotel, although on the port so could be a bit noisy at night with port activity. Also, we booked a room for 3 but the room was only made up for 2 so had to ask for more towels, mugs, pillows. However, staff were friendly, cleaners did a good job. the lounge area is lovely. Overall a good experience"

"The shuttle bus picked me up at the airport as it was night time when I arrived. Helpful staff at check in, I missed breakfast (overslept) but they were very accommodating with pastries and coffee. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. "
