Centrally located in Vieux-Port, yet reasonably quiet, this was a wonderful base from which to explore Les Calanques, Arles and Marseille itself. The room was generously sized, everything worked and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a good hotel with friendly staff. Some items are not top, like the AC, the room size (very French), and the facade of the building. But the location is very good, the rooms are clean are updated, there is a very charming bar and the staff is very nice and helpful. I would recomand this hotel.

Great staff and room in the heart of Old Port. Very friendly to non-French speaking. The breakfast is incredible and the view over the port from the restaurant is amazing. Will stay again if in the area.

Rooms were clean, we had two doubles rooms, 212 & 214 and one shower could have been upgraded. The bar was lovely & reception. The staff including the ones cleaning were all professional, curious and super helpful. The carpets are a bit dated but all in the place was clean. We enjoyed staying there & easy to get to, & had that ‘old fashioned grand’ look about the hotel that we loved. Will come back! Vina & friends

The location is very good, right near the metro and useful bus stops. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cleaning can be improved. The A/C didn’t cool so they moved me to a different room that was slightly cooler but still too warm. Breakfast room has nice view of the port and nice staff. The selection is moderate. Overall a nice hotel, but AC should be replaced.

While the view from the room was quite something, because the building faces west the afternoon sun boils the rooms. Mine never cooled down all night. AC was inadequate. Good breakfast and nice bar area. In a very busy and noisy part of town. But close to all activities.
