Definitely a great location to see the core area of Marseille. Our room was on the Harbour side, so it was a bit loud at night, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so cannot comment on how good that was. Love the convenience to the subway system… Literally just outside the door.

Room was clean, but a few items are due for updates. Corridors where worn and not airconditioned so a bit stuffy in the humidity. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is directly on the watefront so a bit noisy until about midnight (summer festival concerts). Convenient location to access the sites of Marsailles.

Great location. Close to the Metro and the Old Port. Staff were wonderful. The balcony was fun! The room had issues with the sink…though we did not report it.

Rooms are very bare bones, and while the bed was clean, it didn’t feel like the rest of the room or the hotel were very clean. The receptionist was very helpful, but this isn’t a hotel we will return to.

Great location for us, was quite noisy at night and early morning but it didn’t really bother us. Room was really spacious and clean. The communal areas of the hotel are in need of an upgrade to match the rooms. Overall great stay and would recommend if you want to be right in the Port area. Rooms would benefit from having a small fridge for drinks as well

I wasn’t aware of the no washcloths thing in France. You get hand towels and towels. In a great location close to dining, shopping, etc. All within walking distance.

A very nice room with dual aspect windows onto the bustling streets but quiet because we were on the 5th floor. Comfortable bed, nice shower room, clean towels, quiet air conditioning. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Only issue was really the single elevator which only held 4 people but we understand it would be difficult to have more than one in a traditional building. Good value for money.
