Friendly welcome at reception. Good size room with the all important comfortable bed and a good shower. The bar is a good size with friendly and efficient bar staff. Good tapas. "We stayed here with 2 young children, all the staff were lovely. The room was clean and quiet.
Breakfast was a good selection. And its well located with a big supermarket near by, as well as bars and restaurants. It was a short walk from the hotel to the nearby roman Bridge and other sites.
I would stay here again."

"This was a wonderful hotel! The lobby is clean, smells fresh, and is very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.
The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television.
It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again!
I recommend it...
