He said we don’t have scissors at reception. No “let me ask my supervisor” or “maybe there’s one in the office right behind ..."

"Out of town by 15mins in a taxi, this made the trip more expensive as €30 euros each way to the main streets La Rontonde. Also Saturday lunch choice was super small compared to the delicious menu on the week days."
