Amazing apartment with balconies in city center. Plaza España III

This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and ´ostionera´ stones, typical from old city of Cádiz.

Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen.

Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table.

The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous
comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Very nice apartment

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Despite being situated in an old building, the apartment itself is beautifully modern and well-maintained. The kitchen is top-notch, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. One of the highlights of this apartment is its unbeatable location. Nestled on a picturesque walking street, it is surrounded by a plethora of shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local area. We loved being able to step out the door and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant neighborhood. A special shoutout to Susanna, who was fantastic throughout our stay. Her communication via WhatsApp was prompt and clear, and she met us at the property to give a thorough overview of everything we needed to know. Her helpfulness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

The apartment has been beautifully renovated. It is very modern with all the charm of the stunning building maintained. It is perfectly located to explore Cadiz. Highly recommended.
