Las Marinas penthouse is a 60m2 apartment located on the third and last floor of a renovated building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which gives it a capacity for up to 5 people.



Very close to the Alameda Apodaca, the Baluarte de la Candelaria, the Genovés Park and other points of interest in the city. Ideal for going for a walk and enjoying the surroundings.



The first bedroom has a 150x190cm bed and the second has a 135x190cm bed, as well as storage space. Next to the bedrooms we find a complete bathroom with a bathtub.



For the comfort of our guests, we have a parking space in the same building where the apartment is located, included in the price of the reservation.



Its location next to the axis of the Mentidero neighborhood, and its famous square, will allow you to discover its most unique restaurants and shops. In addition, in about 12 minutes walk you can enjoy a day at the beach in La Caleta.



According to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Homes for Tourist Purposes, it will be mandatory to sign a rental contract for the stay and present an identity document or passport upon arrival.

Great apartment in a great location

My wife and I had a great stay at this place. The location is perfect because it's in the old part of Cadiz, and close to beautiful parks, the waterfront, and other attractions. The apartment is clean and well equipped. And it even has an elevator. We also loved the outdoor patio where we sat every morning to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Everything is accessible by foot from this place, which made our stay so pleasant. The staff members at the company that manages this place were also very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place.

El piso es luminoso, muy tranquilo ya que es el último piso y está solo junto con la terraza, finca gaditana con ascensor reformada y en excelentes condiciones. La terracita es un encanto para.comer y pasar el tiempo, el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para vivir como en casa. Limpieza muy bien y entrada es electrónica lo que da mucha autonomía y rapidez. Lo recomiendo mucho. Si bien contaba con todo en la cocina, estaría muy bien un juego de tazas se café pequeñas y , jarras para agua, por ejemplo.

Su ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento no es demasiado grande pero suficiente, a pesar de estar prácticamente en el centro no hay ruidos, tiene una terraza pequeña pero que da muchísimo juego. Nos encantó todo. El parking, el acceso es súper complicado y entendemos que en eso no hay posibilidad de mejorar.
