Beautiful three-bedroom apartment located in a fully renovated, modern building, right in the heart of Cádiz’s historic center.
Upon entering, you’ll find the first bedroom, bright and exterior-facing, with views of Calle Torre. It features a 150 x 200 cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. The spacious living room follows, furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table for six, Smart TV, and a balcony with street views, furnished with a wooden table and two chairs. The balcony has a fully openable glass enclosure that lets in natural light and fresh air.
Continuing through the hallway, to the left, you’ll find the kitchen—modern, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, and a breakfast bar with two stools.
Further down the hall is the second bedroom, with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. Next is a full bathroom with bathtub and glass screen.
Opposite this bathroom is the entrance to the master bedroom, which features a 150 x 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower and screen.

A comfortable apartment in what is probably the only newly-built residential building in the old city. On a quiet street, easy walk to all attractions (incl parking). Spotlessly clean and well-equipped.
Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment in beautiful place
Perfect location in the old town of Cadiz. Our host was incredible. He explained everything we needed about the accommodation and also sent really useful links to restaurants and other services. The market had amazing produce as did the local supermarkets. The department store El Cortes Ingles is well worth a visit if you want cooked dishes and high end fashion. The hop on hop off bus tour was great. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable, linen and towels excellent. The bathrooms were of good quality with plenty of hot water. The balcony was a nice touch and our host met us as soon as we arrived so there was no waiting around. My daughter (who is 16) said the sofa bed was comfortable too. Lovely big dishwasher and plenty of plates etc.
The location was great and the apartment was comfortable and well furnished. Overall it was clean but there were many black hairs in the bathrooms, which freaks my wife out
The host was very professional and welcoming. The person named Jesus who met us at the front of the building seemed as if he just wanted to let us into the apartment and leave. This could have been because it was lunch time. This company was kind enough to let us in early...so maybe Jesus was hungry.. The Apartment was pretty clean..although I noticed how dirty the outside of all the air conditioners were. We had to have the air conditioner-heaters going at full blast to get any kind of warmth from them. I opened up the main one in the living room..UGH! No wonder there was not any heat..It was so filthy.. It had a huge layer of dirt..I cleaned this myself in the kitchen with warm water. I also cleaned the filter in the bedroom where I slept. It was equally as dirty. After cleaning there was no problem with the heat. I spoke to the manager about this. He said that the cleaning company cleans the filters once a year..Should be more! The Manager is very responsive whenever I wrote to him..I believe he has alot of apartments his is managing and trying his best.
