The studio, fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, is located on the first floor of the building. This space, designed with an open and contemporary style, offers a comfortable living room with a cozy sofa, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and two bright exterior balconies from which you can admire the views of the vibrant Compañía Street.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and includes a central island with three stools for splendid breakfasts.

Upon entering the studio, on the right, you will find the main bedroom, a serene and welcoming space with a large bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, and a dresser. Another bright balcony offers views of the lively Compañía Street. At the end of the studio, there is a full bathroom, equipped with an open and accessible shower, perfectly lit by a window overlooking the central patio of the building.

Located in the old town of Cádiz, it is an ideal spot to explore the city. Just a few steps from the Cádiz Cathedral and the Plaza de las Flores, the area offers a charming historical atmosphere, surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets and iconic monuments. Additionally, La Caleta beach is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic.
