This stylish three-bedroom apartment with a private terrace is located on the second floor of a fully renovated, modern building set in one of the most exclusive streets of Cádiz’s historic center.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, elegantly furnished with high-quality and designer pieces. A comfortable double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) allows the apartment to accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room opens onto a cozy glass-enclosed balcony, which can be opened at the front, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural light.
Connected to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with exterior ventilation, designed for functionality and comfort.
The hallway leads to three exterior bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), and the third features a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed. A second full bathroom with a bathtub is also available for guests.
The private terrace is located on the third floor of the building and is accessed via a staircase from the common area. It provides a peaceful outdoor retreat, ideal for enjoying the sun and fresh air.

The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed as a family, especially private outside space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and it was lovely having the little balcony in the lounge to sit and watch the world go by in the street below. The only small improvements we would suggest would be: Some oven gloves, baking trays and grater. Xavier and Susana were excellent hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful when we needed advice or to address any issues. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
