TERRAZA-Caleta Beach Home, the freshness made flat.



This is a duplex with a large terrace with chill-out and dining area. It is located in an old fisherman's house renovated down to the last detail, in the heart of the old quarter of Cádiz, in the famous district of La Viña, just 100m from the beautiful Caleta Beach.



Accommodation of 100m2 on the first floor without lift with 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed each and capacity for up to 6 people thanks to the sofa-bed in the living-dining room. It also has a kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The decoration of the whole house makes it unique.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa-bed when you arrive. In the flat you will also find iron for your clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.



Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Junta de Andalucía's Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).



The KEYS of this flat can be picked up directly at the flat.

Sin duda, nuestra experiencia en el apartamento de TERRAZA Caleta Beach Home by Cadiz4Rentals fue muy positiva. ¡La mejor decisión que tomamos! El apartamento es exactamente como se ve en las fotos: limpio, luminoso y en una zona muy segura y práctica, cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes y bares, paradas de autobús, tiendas, supermercados y muy cerca del centro, la playa y el paseo marítimo. Desde que hicimos la reserva las chicas de Cadiz4rentals fueron muy buenas anfitrionas, siempre respondiendo a nuestras preguntas y dándonos respuestas rápidamente. Se lo agradecemos mucho. Recomendable con aspectos a mejorar

Me ha gustado mucho el trato de las chicas con el cliente, son cercanas, atentas y muy simpáticas. El alojamiento está en una muy buena ubicación, a dos pasos como aquel que dice, de La Caleta y cerca de parada de autobús y otros puntos de interés de la ciudad. En cuanto al interior de la casa, la limpieza de baños y habitaciones es muy buena, huele de maravilla en toda la estancia y es cómoda para estar y dormir. La obra no molestó mucho a pesar de que nos quedamos en diario. Algunos aspectos de la limpieza principalmente.

Unos días de descanso en un lugar ideal

La casa es muy bonita, decorada con gusto. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños impecables. Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Volveremos allí más adelante. La zona es perfecta, al lado de la preciosa Caleta. El salón queda un poco oscuro con las luces encendidas por la noche. Una lámpara de pie le daría más luminosidad y sería mas acogedor. La escalera de acceso tiene un sistema de iluminado automático pero que se enciende solo cuando ya vas por la mitas de la escalera. Convendría que el sensor se encendiera al comenzar al primer escalón para evitar ir a tientas.
