We did like the modern style and good service, especially in regards to room cleaning and breakfast in the Pine House. The staff at the reception was friendly but partially a bit unexperienced. We choosed this Hotel as we saw no dogs are allowed. This was great especially in the Restaurant area.

Staff just forget to welcome us, forget to smile, we are going there for the last ten years, unable to recognize us. At check out a military type of employee threatened us as we did not make our check out on time (30 minutes late) on Sunday. We ll be sued for that ? a very bitter impression when we left Took a guarantee of 500€ (everything was paid in advance except tax), at check out, no receipt was given

Prachtig hotel, perfect gelegen aan zee

Wat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad hier in het prachtige strandhotel cadzand. Het design is super mooi, de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is ongelofelijk lekker, de bedden super comfortabel en dan zit je ook nog eens letterlijk vlak aan zee. Perfect!

Leuk verblijf . Zeer mooie kamer!! Rustig. Mooi uitzicht! Uitchecken om 11 u is wel extreem vroeg. We werden om half twaalf al bij het ontbijt gebeld om uit te checken. Wij dachten dat het 12 u was…we konden trouwens reserveren om om 11 u te gaan eten… dus ja gaf veel stress dat telefoontje. De man achter de balie die belde , niet echt vriendelijk. De dames zeer vriendelijk. Deden ook niet moeilijk over het feit dat we iets later uitcheckten. Zeer goed gelegen.

Très bien mais piscine et restaurant fermé...

Le seul point (très) décevant est que la piscine était fermée ainsi que le restaurant. Il aurait fallu prévenir en amont de ces désagréments surtout avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi à qui l'on avait promis la piscine. Sinon très bel hôtel avec bel emplacement et petit-déjeuner fantastique.

Een minpuntje was voor ons de "duisternis" in de parkeergarage. De lichten floepten vrij laat aan. En het zwembad was ook erg donker. Verder alleen positieve ervaringen. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Op het moment dat wij er waren waren er geen faciliteiten om ook maar iets te drinken. Er is alleen ontbijt en dat is buiten dat de bekleding van de zit plaatsen dat vies was zeer goed. Maar verder kan je er geen glas water drinken. Voor een hotel met deze prijzen onacceptabel. De kamers werden ook niet heel erg goed schoon gemaakt. Erg stoffig

Prachtig hotel met hele mooie kamers en alles stijlvol ingericht. Fijne update gekregen. Heerlijk en buitengewoon goed ontbijt. Restaurant Demian was helemaal top. We hebben echt genoten. Aandachtspunt: Parkeren is hoogst onduidelijk, de receptie zou dit meteen goed kunnen communiceren. De bar was gesloten.
