La Grange du Noé: Le Noé

Enjoy an exceptional location at this fully renovated former barn just outside Caen, in a quiet, green setting. You can reach the Zénith, the exhibition centre, and the sports arena in a ten-minute walk or a five-minute drive. The bike path leading to the banks of the Orne River is right across from the cottage. The south-facing garden is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy some quality time together around the bocce court.

As these are adjoining cottages, you have the option to rent all three cottages for a total of 17 people. “Le Noë” is the first cottage in the farmhouse. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a sofa bed, and a TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter; and a separate bathroom. The attic floor opens onto a large mezzanine with one double bed (160x200 cm), one single bed (90x200 cm), and an adjoining bathroom. The outdoor area features private patio furniture and a large shared yard with picnic tables and a bocce court.
