    Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating (£20per week October-May), electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Garden with patio and garden furniture. 8-acre grounds. Private parking. No smoking.. With wonderful views of the coast, Snowdonia and Anglesey, and access to 8 acres, this very comfortable and well equipped property is indeed in a marvellous location for exploring this beautiful corner of north Wales. Caernarfon, 6 miles, with its majestic castle, offers golf, fishing, swimming, and tennis, while the nearest beach is just a mile away. There are pubs serving food at Clynnog, 2.5 miles. Shops and PO in Pen y Groes 2 miles. Please note: Please be mindful of farm animals grazing within the grounds, please shut all gates and ensure your pets are on lead when accessing the field.

We had a fabulous week staying or n the Llyn Peninsula.

We had a fabulous week staying or n the Llyn Peninsula. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the coastline, Anglesey and Snowdonia national park. Seal spotting at Porthdinllaen, climbing Tryfan and seeing the red arrows on Anglesey were all highlights and lovely memories made playing regular games of cards as a family watching the sunsets in the ‘sunset room’ as my daughter coined it. A few points that could’ve made the week a little more reflective of the over a thousand pound asking price however. The televisions are very hit and miss, front room iPlayer only, upstairs bedroom not working at all. A t-towel or similar and a few cleaning products like a scourer would be useful as well as somewhere to hang a coat. Often when we stay at properties a little welcome pack is a nice touch too. All minor problems and not intended as a gripe just some honest feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend the property to anyone and have every intention of returning to explore further. Thanks again for having us.The Bolton family

Just had a week staying in this amazing cottage.

Just had a week staying in this amazing cottage. It is well located and has everything you need and more. The views were fabulous and even the windy wet weather couldn’t dampen our visit. It’s very comfortable from the lounge to the bedrooms and we felt at home immediately. I would highly recommend this cottage and we are already looking to re book for a another visit. The owner was available at all times and although we had no issues I would feel confident if there were any it would be sorted pronto.
