Central apartment with 3 bedrooms, a huge lounge with a 2-seater sofa bed, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and terrace. Very convenient for getting around the city on foot, it is located in one of the most elegant and peaceful districts of Cagliari. Completely renovated between Oct 2021 and May 2023. Worth mentioning is the breathtaking view of the enchanting Basilica of San Saturnino. Ideal for families given the large size. Palace with concierge. No Smoking nor parties.
