O quarto é bom, confortável e, aparentemente, recém reformado. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro são bem modernos. Apesar de ter janela de frente aos trilhos de trem da estação Cagliari, não se ouve absolutamente nada de trens. A proximidade da estação é um item muito importante. O quarto está inserido em um conjunto de cinco quartos que dividem a mesma porta de acesso ao hall e corredor interno às cinco unidades. Simples e ótima alternativa.
