About this property
Jos fine living in the center, parking included. Quiet area. Modern design.
- The loft / apartment is located in the center of Cagliari, next to the famous Street Largo Carlo Felice, very near the historic center, the ancient city walls and the Bastion and Piazza Yenne. At 300m walking distance you are at the harbor, the train and bus station, the town hall and Via Roma (the main road along the harbor). Banks, shops, restaurants are only a few minutes walking away.
The Palazzo Nobile was completely restored in 2017. This means new windows, a new lift, new electrical and water pipes, new air conditioning and new interior. All walls are well insulated agains heat / cold and acoustic noise.
I have great value on a good working small office with speedy internet. So if you are for business reasons in Cagliari I want you to feel at home.
A well assorted supermarket, a bar for breakfast and coffee, and a pharmacy are nearly next door.
Bus stops are in minutes walking distance.
Interior design is high level, please respect the atmosphere.
