Welcome to Casa Via Giardini, ideal for families, copies and singles and anyone who wants to spend a peaceful vacation in the historic center of Cagliari. The house is located in the Villanova neighborhood, one of the four oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is quiet and private and is within walking distance of the main shopping streets and the most typical restaurants. Popular places of interest around this apartment include Porta Cristina, which gives access to the castle, the Tower of San Pancrazio, the Royal Palace, the Public Gardens, the Botanical Garden, and the National Archaeological Museum. It is 10 km from the beautiful Poetto beach, a destination for those who want to spend an evening of music or have dinner in the many restaurants by the sea. At 60 km you will find the nuragic village of Barumini, dating from the Bronze Age, inhabited from the 2nd millennium B.C. to the 3rd century A.D. The house is 39 km from the Archaeological Site of Nora and 10 km from Cagliari-Elmas airport. A train station and maritime station are 1.6 km away.
For those with their own vehicles, there is a large multi-storey parking lot 750 meters away for a fee. There is a terrace in the house where smoking is allowed.
