"The rooms were clean & the staff were helpful. The only thing that caught me off guard was the timing of housekeeping since there was such a large window of time where they clean (9AM-4PM). Some days they came early & other days they came later in the afternoon. Also, regarding the breakfast, a better variety would be much appreciated. "
"We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. Another in our group had a terrible smell in the room and a mom with 4 kids next door who left the kids mid night and kids were running all over. No pool, breakfast was 1 waffle iron and some prepackaged muffins. 2 flavors of cereal and no juice- only coffee and milk. The ONLY kind person was during checkout and she seemed sincere but thanked me for not being rude about the room problems. I think she had heard it from others that morning as she seemed stressed. Another was at the desk complaining they didn’t get the double bed they booked but instead a handicap room with 1 bed. Overall it was overpriced for so many issues and didn’t want to help correct the issue. It was worth 50-not 150."
"Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at. "
