Sorry about the breakfast, one of our hot plates went and we cannot get it fixed at the moment but I will do my best to make sure the breakfast is not cold for guest in future, we like to have it ready as near the time as possible and if guests do not come in time then it may get a little cold as most people do not like to be kept waiting and and are going for the Skelligs etc It is the first complaint about the beds being that hard, I will have to ask other Guests and see what they think before I go changing the beds can you tell me what room you were in, it is a pity you did not tell us before you left as we would be able to judge the room better, I do appreciate your feedback because if things are wrong it is the only way we can fix them, maybe it was the morning we had the power cut and you may have been a little late for breakfast, that has happened two or three times to us but we have no control over the power cuts.
