Kingstons Townhouse

8/10 Good
"We had a very warm welcome at reception. The room was clean although we had to sleep with the window open to keep the room cool and there was a constant fan noise from outside. We were sold a continental breakfast on arrival, which consisted of pastries, cereal, meats and coffee. We booked breakfast for 9.30am, but when we arrived, there were no pastries left and we were told there were no more. We had cereal, but we don’t really do meats and cheese for breakfast so this was disappointing. I did feel the room rate was expensive, without a breakfast included, for the standard of accommodation."

"The staff could not have more accommodating! From the very start, assisting with luggage as well as promptly fixing our tv and apologizing for it giving us an issue. They also were so helpful giving us advise on where to go in town. It was drizzling and we had just finished the Ring of Kerry so we needed an Uber. They insisted on ordering us a cab for the same price and even walked us out and opened the cab doors for us. Saw us later back at the hotel and gave us welcome greeting and took great care of us at the bar. We had a great time listening to the wonderful music. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed the time there very much."
