The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We had a fabulous afternoon tea and the hotel was filled with old style charm and the bathroom was high end.
The staff were so friendly, welcoming, plus went above and beyond.
The room was cozy & modernized.
Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was a fantastic spread.
I'll definitely stay again when in Dingle.
The staff were excellent we found out our room was on the fourth floor that the elevator couldn’t get to and would’ve been too difficult for us in the hotel actually upgraded us to the room on the second floor that could be accessed by the elevator!
All the staff were very friendly. The room was large and well appointed. We loved the little window seat to sit and look outside. Right in the middle of town, so super convenient, but the room was still quiet at night.
Lovely hotel in an ideal location in the center of dingle with ample parking at the rear and everything at your doorstep within walking distance, beautiful modern room with an excellent shower also and a very good breakfast available, can highly recommend and will definitely stay again
Perfect location directly across from The Dingle Pub. This hotel is like stepping back in time! The room was super cute and very LARGE for European hotel rooms. While it was dated, the charm and attention to detail were very appreciated.
We didn't really have A/C, but a tower fan that certainly did the trick.
The front desk staff, housekeeping and servers for the FREE breakfast were all very lovely and helpful. We ended the night at the bar and it was wonderful. The bartender even made the perfect White Russian for my husband
parking is FREE! YAYYY. Great since this little town was really bustling when we visited.
Dingle is an adorable town and staying at Benner's Hotel was the perfect spot!
Other than the loud noises at all hours of the night (and morning) from other guests this place was great. And you might be thinking “how is that the hotel’s fault?”. I can assure you that when you receive a knock at 3 am on your door from someone going down the hallway and knocking on everyone’s door that you too will be looking to place blame somewhere. Maybe some signs, a reminder at checkin, some cameras, something that reminds people to be courteous, because apparently they need to be reminded.

Location is great. Our room wasn't ready until 5pm and then it was an accessibility room which is fine but doesn't fit a 6'2" man who stands upright in the shower. Housekeeping didn't come any time. The kicker was that I went to a pub until 12:45 one night and the hotel locks all of the exterior doors sometime before then but doesn't warn anyone. I couldn't get in. I spent an hour walking from door to door and ringing the bell and knocking on windows and no one answered. It got scary as I thought I would either have to sleep outside. Luckily I knocked on a window hard enough that another guest came to the back and opened a door for me.
